who we are

Hammell House is a sober living home that caters specifically to the LGBTQIA+ 🏳️‍🌈

community and allies. Our goal is to help residents maintain sobriety while exploring their academic and professional passions.

We offer a range of semi-private, single, and shared rooms. All of our rooms are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your time here. The house itself includes two kitchens, a living room, and four bathrooms (one on each floor).

Hammell House is located in the heart of the coveted Whittier neighborhood, just a few blocks from both Nuway and Pride IOP. There is ample street parking, as well as easy-access to bus routes that can take you anywhere in Minneapolis.

fees

Program fee: $700-$800/month (rooms priced individually).

Deposit: $250 non-refundable or $500 refundable

Supply fee:  $30/month ​
